Tay Viaduct, Durrow
A car parked at the railway viaduct which traverses the River Tay at Durrow. The car helps give scale to the size of the viaduct. The viaduct was constructed as part of the Mallow - Waterford railway line. The last train passed over the viaduct on Easter Saturday, 25th March, 1967. The Mallow - Waterford line was Ireland's last non-radial railway served by express trains.
